S1E35: How to Survive in a Man's World as a Fempreneur with Charlene Kang

With the movement for gender equality, there is a rise of female entrepreneurs in male-dominated industry. Charlene Kang, founder of Vault@268 in Singapore, is one such fempreneur. She went against the tide of tech and developed her own business in the Finance World, heavily dominated by men. Coupled with robotics and fintech, Charlene managed to overcome the challenges in her business by embracing her feminine side while balancing with masculine traits during discussions with men. Here's her take as to what it takes to survive in a man's world as a fempreneur
