REFUND AND PAYMENT POLICY

1.      PART ONE: PAYMENTS

1.1.   We use Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal as payment processing methods for orders which are placed on our Website. We may also use other payment methods from time to time as provided on our Website or Services.

1.2.   Orders will be billed at the time of Checking Out and not at the time of shipping.The prices on our Website or Services are subject to change after we issue you with a notice. The Website may contain errors. If you have any problems or discrepancies, please call or email us through the contact details provided below.

2.      PART TWO: CHANGE OF MIND

2.1.   Kindly choose, select, or pick our Services carefully because we do not provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind or incorrect choices for online purchases or subscriptions.

3.      PART THREE: ENTITLEMENT TO REFUND(S)

3.1.   You are not automatically entitled to refunds after the cancellation of our Services or when you are not satisfied with our Services.

3.2.   Refunds will not be permitted for online courses and coaching programs.

3.3.   For our online courses and coaching programs, we shall offer a 7-day cooling-off period where you can request for refund. After this period, no refund shall be offered.

3.4.   Should you decide not to continue or proceed with our coaching programs before the end of the 7-day we shall only offer a 95% refund on payment made. 5% of amount paid shall be used to cover costs of administration.

3.5.   After 7-day period, refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and only upon completion of Module 1 & 2 of the learning materials. All proof of work completed, including completion of the video lessons, worksheets (“Fun Sheets”), and journal exercises must be submitted as part of the refund request.

3.6.   If your refund request is approved, you will only receive a refund on the unutilized coaching sessions or up to 40% of the coaching program fee, whichever lower.

3.7.   If you are on a payment plan for our coaching programs, there will be no refund on amounts paid. Should you wish to terminate your coaching services before end of the program, no refunds will be made on past payment. However, you will not be charged for subsequent payments.

3.8.   Subscription services can be cancelled at any time but there will be no refunds for months that have passed or started. Customers will continue to have access to our subscription services after cancellation until the end of the billing period.

3.9.   When you request for a refund or terminate our Services, access to our materials and programs will be revoked immediately.

4.      PART FOUR: ISSUING REFUND

4.1.   Approved refunds will be credited to the original account which made the payment unless we advise you otherwise.

4.2.   The credit will be processed within 10-30 working days or a reasonable time based on our payment processing partners.

4.3.   If your refunds do not appear in your account, and the processing time for payment has exceeded more than thirty (30) days, please contact us for further assistance.

5.      PART FIVE: EXCLUSION

5.1.   The above policies are not applicable to pro-bono and outreach programs namely Rising Fempreneur Beneficiary Program. No refunds, payouts or compensation will be provided to participants of the program unless otherwise specified in a written agreement with the Rising Fempreneur Beneficiary Program committee.
